Bella Balls


Ground Beef, Turkey or Chicken

Salt, Pepper, Seasoning Salt, Optional Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Breadcrumbs,

1 Egg, Dust Balls With Flour,

Oil For Frying


Favorite BBQ Sauce, Hot Sauce, Water, Onion, Peppers


Use a combination of meat

(1 lb) or just one pound of your choice meat. Season with one tablespoon of each spice. Mix in one cup of breadcrumbs and one egg. Roll into 1 inch balls for 24. 

Cook Time

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in pot. Less oil is needed for fattier meats, more for leaner cuts. Place balls in pot and sear the outsides. Optionally you can add onions and peppers for more flavor. When balls are brown all over, pour in 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 3 tablespoons of hot sauce and 1/3rd of a cup of water. Cook until cooked throughly, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. 


Depending on the occasion, serve these in a dish or put them in a CrockPot on low heat. Guests can serve themselves throughout the party or plate them as part of a meal.
