Avocado agression salad

It's Guacamole!

Chopping and smashing the ingredients to make guac can be very stress relieving. Seeding and scooping the avocado, chopping onion, garlic, green pepper, even red/ yellow peppers if you want, garlic, tomato, cilantro (if it doesn't taste like soap), squeezing lime and mixing it all up! Add salt, pepper and other seasonings that bring out the flavors you enjoy. For example, make it hot with cayenne! This is your guac, add and take out according to your taste and master your agression!
