Cooked, boned, skinned chicken meat

Mayo, Walnuts, Grapes, Celery, Onion, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Seasoning Salt, Parsley (dried or fresh for garnish)


Shortcut!!! Buy a rotisserie chicken and cut it up! Add mayo 1 tablespoon at a time until reaching the moistness and consistency you like. Chop celery, onion, walnuts and grapes. All should total a cup. Vary ingredients to your taste. Season with the spices for flavor.


If you choose to cook your own cooking, reserve an hour for boiling and deboning. Mixing the salad is a snap, 10-15 minutes chopping and combining!
